Experiencing Hypnosis

The hypnotic state is a naturally occurring one we all go in and out of several times a day. As it happens, we can use it to make changes in our lives.

Most people experience it as relaxing and pleasant. Some people worry that they will no longer be in control of themselves. This is not the case. Nor can you be made to do anything you don't want to.

You will be aware of everything I say to you, and you can still talk if you want to. There is no question of you being unconscious.

As the hypnotic state is a natural one that you are already proficient at attaining, anyone can be 'hypnotised' since I am only guiding you into a condition you are familiar with.

Once you are in a hypnotic state, I will use a variety of therapeutic methods based on what you want to deal with, and the best way of achieving this. At your first session, I will ask you a number of questions so that I can tailor treatment specifically to you. This is the best way to get results.
