Performance

Perhaps there is some aspect of yourself that you would like to change to improve your work performance. For example, maybe you procrastinate or would benefit from being better organised, being able to focus better, or would like to improve your work relationships.

Perhaps you need to study or take exams as part of your professional development, and you feel overwhelmed by this or fearful.

It is my belief that most of us are capable of more than we give ourselves credit for and can harness the power of our unconscious minds to help us perform better in many areas of our lives. This can of course include activities we pursue outside work.
